How do I make a complaint?Updated 8 months ago

Please contact us via [email protected] to make a complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will email you a return slip and refund the amount for your order within 14 days. For the complaint to be approved, your product must be well packaged, and sent in an approved padded envelope or a cardboard box.

In these cases, you pay nothing for the return shipping or the shipping for the new item.
