Can I order to countries outside of the US?

Yes. We deliver throughout Europe and internationally.

How long is your delivery time?

Deliveries usually take 4 to 7 business days within the US.

Can I track my order?

After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the package. If you have not received it, you can contact us via the form or email [email protected] and we will help you further.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

I have not received a message for the delivery. What do I do?

If more than 7 days have passed since your order has shipped, please use your tracking number to check the status of the package on the tracking page of your supplier: UPS.

My package was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

Contact us at [email protected] and we will help you! Please take a picture of the damage and send the pictures directly in the email for faster handling of the matter.

The delivery address was wrong, can I change it?
